Our founder Ryan was raised in South Florida savoring hot dishes of collards and black eye peas. Specifically, every New Years Day his mother would whip up a big batch and serve it with corn bread for a hearty meal to welcome the new year. At Jubilee Organics farm we grow an amazing array of winter greens such as Mustard, Collards, Kale and Chard. We harvest these beauties and blend them with heirloom Purple Eye Peas from an organic farm in South Carolina. We add in heaps of local organic veggies, a touch of natural hickory smoke, and a splash of our fresh cane juice for a kiss of sweetness.
Each cup of this nourishing stew supports digestion, is a good source of fiber and protein, anti-oxidant rich and energizing. So go ahead, heat up a jar, bake up a batch of cornbread or a pot of whole grains and you've got yourself a hearty feast!
