SCROLL DOWN

At 32, Ryan Duncan found himself with Stage-2 Hypertension. He vividly recalls being told by his doctor that high blood pressure was a going to be lifelong battle; one that could only be treated with medication. To Ryan, this diagnosis wasn’t acceptable.

Ryan resisted the news, determined to find a better way to relieve his symptoms. This began his pursuit of discovering the medicinal properties of food grown in living soil. Ryan took matters into his own hands and began farming in his own backyard. He began growing true, healthy foods that were incorporated into his new and improved plant-based diet.

After months of living this radically different lifestyle, Ryan saw an authentic change both inside and out. With twenty pounds of weight lost and boosted energy levels, Ryan discovered the timeless truth that food is medicine, a mission he strives to share with the world.

Jubilee Organics

Planting a future.

Jubilee Organics is a biodiverse 12-acre footprint located in sunny, Palma Sola, Florida.

With soil enrichment as our primary focus, we utilize a permaculture strategy for high-density food production supported by the 20,000 plants we grow.

Building Soil

We Grow Our Food Naturally.

Nature doesn’t use herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers that chemically alter healthy soil. Nature builds nutrient dense soil through a cycle of germination, growth and maturation followed by death, leaving the cycle to repeat. At Jubilee, we strive to replicate the most abundant garden on earth, the forest.

We cultivate multiple layers of soil, starting with the organic layer on the surface coupled with mineral matter and humus, then topsoil, subsoil and bedrock. By increasing the amount of organic matter, decomposition speed, fungus, bacteria, and beneficial insects, we let the dirt do its work to produce the healthiest growing environment possible.
